Gravitation--

Gravitation is a shouen-ai serious by Maki Murakami. Gravitation has 12 volumes and has an anime which consists of 13 episodes. Trust me when I say that, like many others, the manga is sooooooooooooo much better than the anime. This serious is actualy more of a comedy as aposed to a sweat, mushy, little love story (well the manga is at least); When ever there's a dramatic scene its almost always followed up with a random funny that completly ruins the moment. This serious, in my opinoin, is one of the best out there.

The serious consentrates on an 18 guy just out of high school named Shuichi Shindo whos dream is to be the singer for a famous rock band like his idol Ryuichi Sakuma from his favorite band Nittle Grasper. He and his best friend, Hiro Nakano (who plays guitar), form thier own band called Bad Luck. Long story short, Shuichi and Hiro are 'discovered' and produced by the famous NG company, run by Seguchi Tohma who was a keyboardest for Nittle Grasper. Soon another member is added to Bad Luck by order of Seguchi to 'better' them; thus Fujisaki Suguru joins the band playing keyboards. They also get a new manger, Mr. K (whose real name we only find out in the manga, so go read it!), who is the typical American; blond haired, blue eyed, and totaly insane and obssesed with destruction XD K always has guns with him and snipes at Yuki a few times ^^;.One night, Shuichi is walking around a park-ish like thing reviewing lyrics he had written when a suden gust of wind comes out of knowhere and blows his lyrics away. Shuichi chases after them, only to be confronted by a handsom stranger who is now reading the lyrics on the page. Enter Eiri Yuki. Yuki finishes his reviewing of the lyrics and tells Shuichi he has 'zero tallent'. Shuichi, misrable for being put down, is determend to find this guy and make him aplogize, which he eventualy does by running in front of his car...Anyway, this leads to that and blahblahblah they become lovers, press finds out, hell breaks loose, Yuki's dark past is slowly revieled, Yuki randomly leaves for New York with out telling anyone, then the end (which I won't say what happends).

Overall, this is an excelent serious with a lot of bishonen ^^ (to bad most of them are gay... such a waste :P) Anyway, this serious can get a little annoying at times cuz a lot of the time it's just Shuichi crying because Yuki broke up with him and then they get back to gether. I still stick by me saying that the manga is much better; they leave out a bunch of characters in the anime and you don't get to watch a crazy American producer (not K this time) blow up major cities in a giant panda! Well in anycase, you should read it cuz I said so.
